Quincy Art Association Fesitval

The association was founded in 1963 when a group of dedicated local artists got together for fellowship, inspiration and instruction in the arts. At first, monthly meetings were held at various places throughout Quincy, at these meetings a tradition that continues to this day, they had visiting artists give demonstrations. The early founders included Anet Paglierani, Robert London, Dan McElwain, and Ted Grant of Johnson Paint Co.

7-8000 people in attendance during this mid September three day event festival with artist demonstrating and showing their art work.
